Q: What are your opening hours?

A: We are open 7 days a week (excluding public holidays). Monday to Saturday from 6.30am to 5.00pm and Sundays from 8.00am to 3.00pm.

Q: Where are you located?

A: Our address is 2024 Wanneroo Rd, Neerabup WA 6031.

Q: Do you deliver?

A: Yes! We will deliver to all Perth suburbs and surrounding areas 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 3:00pm.


We have a fleet of tippers and can deliver 10 to 12 cubic meters depending on product. Our crane truck can deliver Bulka Bags, Blocks, Pavers & Slabs Monday to Friday.

Q: Do you open on public holidays?

A: No, we are closed on all public holidays.

Q: Do you provide loan trailers?

A: Yes! We provide complimentary 6Ă—4 trailers for two hours per load when you purchase one of our products.


We require a valid WA Drivers License for ID purposes when borrowing our trailer. Learner's Permits are NOT accepted.


You will be provided with a shackle, lead for the trailer.


Please be aware that you are responsible for any loss or damage to the trailer and will charged a fee accordingly. A late fee will also be charged if you return the trailer outside the 2 hour time limit.


Please note that our trailer hire is only for the use of transport of our products and cannot be used for anything else. When trailers are returned, they must be emptied and clean.

Q: Do you sell smaller quantities of soil, mulch and rocks?

A: Yes. Most of our bulk soils, mulches, rocks and gravels are available in handy easy to carry take-home bags.

Q: I'm not sure how much landscape supplies I need. Can you help me work it out?

A: Work out how much product you need by using our Online Product Calculator.


Alternatively, ask our friendly staff who are more than happy to assist.

Q: Can you deliver supplies to locations with a steep terrain?

A: It depends on the road/track surface. We'll do our best to deliver your supplies as close as possible to your desired location. However, please note that steep slopes can pose challenges.


Some conditions may apply – a Risk Assessment or on-site inspection may have to be done by our Driver, this is due to health & safety.

Q: Do I need to be home when goods are delivered?

A: No you don’t, as long as we have a description of where the product is to be dropped. We will do our best to leave where required, however if the position is not suitable, the driver will use his common sense and leave in the goods in the most suitable spot he can see.

Q: Do you sell gift cards?

A: Yes we do! They can be purchased either in store or over the phone. All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Q: What is your refund/returns policy?

A: Customers are encouraged to inspect products in the yard prior to delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any product(s) ordered are as per their expectations.


Incorrect product selection/quantity or “Change of Mind” circumstances will not be refunded, collected/returned or redelivered.


If any incorrect product is loaded and delivered by us then we will bear responsibility for the correct product delivery and collection of the incorrect product if required.


Cement products - as this product has a use by date there are no refunds or returns.


No claims recognised after 14 days from invoice date.
